The Modular Cabin Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and developing business relationships for modular cabins, portable buildings, site offices, labor accommodations, storage containers, and prefabricated structures. The role combines technical knowledge with sales and negotiation skills to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for modular cabins and prefabricated building solutions.</li><li>Meet contractors, consultants, developers, industrial clients, and government entities to promote company products.</li><li>Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.</li><li>Prepare technical specifications, layouts, and commercial quotations.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure feasibility of customer requirements.</li><li>Follow up on quotations, tenders, and client approvals.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in modular cabins, portable buildings, prefabricated structures, construction materials, or related technical sales.</li><li>Strong understanding of modular construction systems and site accommodation solutions.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of modular cabin manufacturing and installation processes.</li><li>Tender preparation and contract negotiation experience.</li><li>Strong customer relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

SALES ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and bake fresh Arabic bread (Kubus), pastries, and other bakery products on a daily basis.</li><li>Ensure all ingredients are prepared, measured, and mixed according to approved recipes and quality standards.</li><li>Operate bakery equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.</li><li>Prepare daily meals and snacks for household members and guests as required.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, bakery area, utensils, and equipment at all times.</li><li>Store food materials properly and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of ingredients.</li><li>Check the quality and freshness of raw materials before use and report any shortages or spoilage.</li><li>Follow food safety regulations and personal hygiene standards during food preparation and handling.</li><li>Assist in menu planning and suggest bakery items based on household requirements.</li><li>Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.</li><li>Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bakery equipment and kitchen appliances.</li><li>Comply with all household rules, health and safety requirements, and instructions from the employer.</li><li>Support special occasions and events by preparing additional bakery products and meals as requested.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working within the household environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in bakery operations, particularly Arabic Kubus bread production.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.</li><li>Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality food standards.</li></ul>Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Drafting &amp; Design: Create accurate 2D or 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.</li><li>System Coordination: Cross-reference MEP layouts with architectural and structural plans to prevent pipe, duct, and equipment clashes.</li><li>Revisions &amp; Updates: Modify technical drawings based on site instructions, engineer markups, and design changes.</li><li>Compliance Check: Ensure all plans meet project specifications, industry standards, and local municipality regulations</li><li>Technical Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.</li><li>Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5+ years of relevant drafting experience, especially on large-scale commercial or residential projects.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, and technical calculations.</li></ul>Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
