Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake fresh Arabic bread (Kubus), pastries, and other bakery products on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all ingredients are prepared, measured, and mixed according to approved recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate bakery equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare daily meals and snacks for household members and guests as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, bakery area, utensils, and equipment at all times.
  • Store food materials properly and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of ingredients.
  • Check the quality and freshness of raw materials before use and report any shortages or spoilage.
  • Follow food safety regulations and personal hygiene standards during food preparation and handling.
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest bakery items based on household requirements.
  • Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bakery equipment and kitchen appliances.
  • Comply with all household rules, health and safety requirements, and instructions from the employer.
  • Support special occasions and events by preparing additional bakery products and meals as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working within the household environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bakery operations, particularly Arabic Kubus bread production.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality food standards.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
