Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake fresh Arabic bread (Kubus), pastries, and other bakery products on a daily basis.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, measured, and mixed according to approved recipes and quality standards.
- Operate bakery equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Prepare daily meals and snacks for household members and guests as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, bakery area, utensils, and equipment at all times.
- Store food materials properly and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials before use and report any shortages or spoilage.
- Follow food safety regulations and personal hygiene standards during food preparation and handling.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest bakery items based on household requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bakery equipment and kitchen appliances.
- Comply with all household rules, health and safety requirements, and instructions from the employer.
- Support special occasions and events by preparing additional bakery products and meals as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working within the household environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bakery operations, particularly Arabic Kubus bread production.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality food standards.
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
