MEP Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman who can prepare electrical and plumbing drawings for residential and commercial projects. The candidate must have strong technical drafting experience and a solid understanding of local authority standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical drawings, including:
• Power & lighting layouts
• Wiring layouts
• Load schedules
• Single-line diagrams (SLDs)
• Prepare plumbing drawings, including:
• Water supply layouts
• Drainage layouts
• Isometric drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with DEWA, DM, DCD, Etisalat, and other authority standards.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams for timely updates.
• Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman (Electrical & Plumbing).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (MEP drafting skills mandatory).
• Ability to independently prepare load schedules and wiring diagrams.
• Good understanding of UAE authority rules and submission procedures.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
