MEP Draftsman

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in AutoCAD for MEP works, along with a solid understanding of electrical and HVAC systems for commercial and residential interior and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with the ID team and project teams to ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and local authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.).
• Assist in preparing load schedules, heat load calculations, lighting (lux) calculations, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical drawings and carry out revisions as required to support site execution teams.
• Ensure compliance with drafting standards and timely submission of drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or related degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an established fit-out company.
• Strong proficiency and thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD for MEP drafting.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
