MEP Draftsman

Job Title: MEP Draftsman

Needs to be Immediate Joiner or maximum 7 to 15 days

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to support UAE-based projects remotely from Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical & ELV).

Develop coordinated drawings based on IFC drawings and consultant comments.

Revise drawings as per site feedback.

Prepare as-built drawings.

Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality).

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in UAE MEP projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.

Must have own high-performance PC/laptop and stable high-speed internet.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required Software:

AutoCAD (mandatory)

Revit MEP (preferred)

Navisworks (for coordination/clash detection – advantage)

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

PDF editing tools (e.g., Bluebeam / Adobe)
