MEP Draftsman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Female MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The candidate will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure all MEP drawings are compliant with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and architectural teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Update and revise drawings as per engineer’s instructions and design changes.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with company standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Maintain drawing files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Assist engineers in preparing material take-offs, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve design and drawing-related issues.
• Support project teams in preparing construction and installation documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in MEP drafting (construction or design consultancy preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office applications.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, symbols, and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
