Job Title: MEP Draftsman

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 9,000

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman with a strong background in MEP works, fit-out, and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Draft HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical layouts as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Review consultant drawings and prepare revised drawings based on site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and authority standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material coordination when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
• Support project execution teams with technical drafting requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Strong experience in MEP, fit-out, and construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards and approvals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Candidates from MEP background / Fit-out industry
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
