MEP Draftsman

Job Title: MEP Draftsman

Location: UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Proven experience in MEP projects and Fit-Out works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to prepare and revise detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Strong coordination skills with engineers, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior fit-out drawings.
• Develop and update as-built drawings based on site conditions.
• Review project specifications and ensure drawings comply with project requirements.
• Assist project engineers in design modifications and drawing revisions.
• Maintain drawing records and document control procedures.
• Support site teams with technical drafting and coordination requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
