MEP Draftsman (Mechanical & Plumbing)

We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for high-end interior fit-out projects (mainly commercial). This is an operational position, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to follow established processes and instructions.

While BIM modelers are highly preferred (as BIM is part of our digital transformation), candidates must also be proficient in AutoCAD, as it is still used in our workflows.

• Are currently based in the UAE
• Have at least 2 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting
• Are a Mechanical Draftsman or a Mechanical Engineer who mainly works on design/drafting, not just site execution
• Have strong knowledge of HVAC, drainage, water supply drawings
• Can produce shop drawings independently

Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC, water supply, and drainage shop drawings
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Revise drawings based on mark-ups and site feedback
• Ensure drawings meet project specs, authority requirements, and deadlines

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP drafting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems
• Skilled in AutoCAD and familiar with relevant UAE codes/standards
• Background in Mechanical Engineering is fine if you mainly do drafting/design work
• Immediate availability is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is a strong advantage
• This role is operational (not managerial).

This is a full-time, office-based position with regular coordination with site teams.
