MEP Draughtsman

About the Role:
Citadel HMC is seeking a skilled MEP Draughtsman (Electrical) background to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of MEP works across project sites.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure MEP activities are executed as per standards.
• Prepare electrical layout drawings for power, lighting, low current, fire alarm, and ELV systems
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings based on project requirements
• Coordinate electrical drawings with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural layouts
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and standards
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and coordination requirements
• Support material take-offs and documentation when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electricalor Engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience working on large-scale construction projects with electrical background.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
