MEP Draughtsman

Prepare detailed shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints and understand MEP symbols and specifications.
Develop schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and isometric views based on engineer sketches or specifications.
Create precise floor plans, sections, elevations, and installation details.
Generate as-built drawings at the completion of construction to reflect all field changes.
Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
Attend coordination meetings to discuss design conflicts and provide drafting solutions.
Review and update drawings based on redlines provided by engineers or site supervisors.
Prepare Material Take-offs (MTO) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from the finalized drawings.
Maintain an organized digital filing system for all project drawings, revisions, and submittals.
Ensure that the most current versions of drawings are distributed to the site team and subcontractors.

Qualification Required: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years of GCC experience in MEP drafting, preferably in [Residential/Commercial/Industrial] projects.
