• Mechanical Systems: Primarily HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), elevators, escalators, and fire suppression systems. These regulate indoor climate and ensure air quality and safety.

• Electrical Systems: Power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, access control, and security (like CCTV). These systems keep the building powered and secure.

• Plumbing Systems: Water supply, drainage, sewage disposal, and fire sprinkler systems. They ensure sanitation and water management.
