About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading organization delivering cutting-edge projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, project execution experience, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for high-rise buildings and large-scale projects.

• Review and approve MEP drawings, technical submittals, and materials in coordination with consultants and contractors.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.

• Monitor and manage MEP work schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.

• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related technical issues during construction.

• Ensure adherence to local regulations, DEWA, DM, and other authority requirements.

• Lead commissioning, testing, and handover of MEP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

• Minimum 5+ years of MEP experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong knowledge of international and UAE codes (ASHRAE, DEWA, DM, etc.).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• UAE Driving License (preferred).
