MEP Engineer

Role : MEP Engineer (Building Maintenance)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: T.Nagar

Company : Shri Krish Housing & Properties Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in the building.

Monitor HVAC, electrical panels, lighting, water pumps, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems.

Attend to breakdowns, troubleshooting, and repair works.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with vendors and facility teams for smooth functioning of MEP services.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, checklists, and reports.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

3–4 years of experience in building/facility MEP maintenance.

Good knowledge of electrical distribution, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems.

Ability to handle breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
