Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, supervising, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our construction and fire safety projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and compliance with UAE codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for projects.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence, DEWA, and relevant authority regulations.
• Monitor site execution of MEP works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Prepare Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR).
• Coordinate with procurement for material approvals and timely deliveries.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and maintain proper records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in construction or fire safety projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes (Civil Defence, DEWA, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
