MEP Engineer

Required MEP engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineer) is in charge of setting up, integrating, and also making sure that the entire MEP system is working in the buildings. They focus on projects like residential, commercial, and even industrial buildings, where the HVAC, the electrical wiring, the lighting, and the water supply systems are designed and implemented to ensure maximum comfort, safety, and efficiency.

They need to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities to accomplish the best results.

• Plan and install HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in structures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the incorporation of MEP designs.
• Perform calculations, prepare sketches, and use modeling programs.
• Maintain consistency with building codes and energy standards.
• Monitor the installation of systems on site and manage the testing process.
• Address problems and make suggestions for system enhancement.
• Oversee the management of schedules and project funding.
• Draft paperwork and prepare manuals after maintenance work is completed.
• Document data and information regarding contracts accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
