Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems as per approved drawings and standards.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the project manager.
• Verify materials, tools, and equipment delivered to the site.
• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for timely execution of MEP works.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP services on-site.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in MEP site supervision within the construction industry.
• Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and execution procedures.
• Good understanding of HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
