MEP Engineer

1) Title: Estimation Engineer for MEP Fit out works

Note: Salary & other allowances are indicative and will be revised based on the credentials & calibre.

Ø A description of the job / type of work

The candidate should be proficient in site surveys, good & thorough knowledge of drawings, proficiency in CAD, preparation of BOQ, Estimation and must have good professional presentation of commercial bids/tenders to the client. He must be an expert in the field of MEP Fit out works inside high-end malls/buildings/towers and should know the authority approval procedures. He is required to have a hands-on experience in estimation in the field of electrical, plumbing, HVAC works (Designing with drafting), Firefighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV works and other associated disciplines of MEP fit out works as applicable

Note: The candidates will be enrolled once we find him to be suitable for the post after the interview & skill test at our office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• MEP: 3 years (Preferred)
