HSE Officer - Infra

Job Summary:

Responsible for enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards on infrastructure projects including sewage, roadworks, and pipeline construction. Ensures compliance with local regulations and NDRC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments for sewage, road, and pipeline works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, NDRC regulations, and local safety standards.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and management on HSE matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in infrastructure projects (sewage, roads, pipelines).
• Knowledge of NDRC regulations and local safety standards.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
