Key Responsibilities:Accounting Functions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Manage payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and statutory deductions (e.g., WPS, gratuity, end-of-service).
- Handle VAT filings, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
Human Resources Functions
- Manage employee records and ensure HR documents are complete and compliant.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee schedules.
- Handle employee relations and address basic HR concerns or grievances.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
- Support management in developing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in combined Accounting and HR roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, WPS, and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
