Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s overall financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Build and implement financial dashboards and analytics to deliver real-time insights to leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations, maintaining strong internal controls and risk management practices.
- Oversee core finance functions including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a high-performance and results-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing executive-level dashboards and analytics.
