Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s overall financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Build and implement financial dashboards and analytics to deliver real-time insights to leadership.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations, maintaining strong internal controls and risk management practices.
• Oversee core finance functions including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a high-performance and results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing executive-level dashboards and analytics.
