Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing MEP systems across multiple projects — ensuring that all installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of MEP systems for various building projects.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure integration of systems.
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed reports, design documentation, and project cost estimates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases.
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required.
