MEP Engineer

A. Design & Technical Review

• Review and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Assist in design coordination with consultants for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and related systems.
• Identify technical discrepancies and propose solutions.

B. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day MEP work execution at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors to ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.

C. Quality Assurance & Testing

• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and equipment installation.
• Conduct inspections and testing of systems (HVAC, electrical panels, pumps, fire systems, etc.).
• Ensure MEP works pass all statutory inspections and comply with regulatory requirements.

D. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with civil teams, architects, consultants, and vendors for seamless project integration.
• Resolve site-level design/technical issues with timely action.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

E. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily records of MEP work progress.
• Prepare material requirement plans, BOQs, and inspection reports.
• Document testing, commissioning, and handover protocols.

F. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all MEP activities adhere to safety practices.
• Identify potential hazards and enforce preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as IS codes, NBC, local authority norms, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
