MEP Engineer

Key responsibilities of an MEP Engineer:

• Design and Drafting:Creating detailed plans and drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical power, lighting, fire alarms, plumbing, and communication systems.
• Planning and Installation:Overseeing the installation of MEP equipment and systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and according to specifications.
• Inspection and Quality Control:Conducting regular inspections of MEP systems, ensuring they meet building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and systems.
• Collaboration and Coordination:Working with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate MEP systems into building designs and construction.
• Problem Solving:Analyzing MEP system problems, proposing solutions, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Compliance:Staying up-to-date on building codes and regulations, ensuring all systems comply with requirements.
• Project Management:Managing schedules, budgets, and resources for MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Documentation:Preparing technical specifications, reports, and documentation for MEP systems.
• Energy Efficiency:Implementing energy-efficient designs and systems, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
