MEP Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with a sound understanding of legal documentation, municipal procedures, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP works for villa projects.
• Ensure MEP systems are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, civil teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Handle MEP inspections and approvals from relevant authorities (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.).
• Assist with legal documentation and municipality submissions such as NOCs, authority approvals, and compliance certificates.
• Maintain proper documentation for all MEP works including drawings, test reports, inspection logs, and legal permits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in villa construction (preferably in Dubai).
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and documentation procedures related to MEP works (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.).
• Familiarity with submission processes and documentation for MEP authority approvals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP software tools.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with legal compliance and project documentation.
• Understanding of contract requirements and tender documentation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills under project constraints.
• Experience working with design consultants and main contractors.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
