MEP Engineer

We specialize in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects and are currently seeking a talented and motivated MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, review, and implement electrical systems including LV/MV power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and ELV systems.

Perform generator sizing calculations, load analysis, and selection based on project requirements.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of standby generators, ATS panels, and synchronization systems.

Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing teams to ensure proper MEP integration.

Prepare single line diagrams, load schedules, and cable routing layouts using AutoCAD or Revit MEP.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (NEC, IEC, BS).

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to electrical and generator systems.

Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical works are executed according to approved drawings and safety standards.

Troubleshoot and maintain generator systems including control panels, fuel systems, and automatic transfer mechanisms.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical reports for management and client review.

Support project management in scheduling, quality control, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Sc).

3–5 years of experience in MEP building services or industrial power systems.

Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, load sharing, synchronization panels, and power management systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office; knowledge of ETAP or similar software is an advantage.

Familiarity with electrical safety codes, grounding, and energy efficiency standards.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
