MEP Engineer

About the Role:
Citadel HMC is seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of MEP works across project sites.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure MEP activities are executed as per standards.
• Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, material submittals, and method statements.
• Support in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues during construction.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and contribute to efficient workflow management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
