MEP Engineer

• Develop and review MEP designs and layouts in coordination with architectural and interior design teams for corporate office interiors.
• Ensure MEP systems are efficiently integrated within the constraints of the interior design concept.
• Partly participate in Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP system planning and execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP installations align with approved designs and safety standards.
• Manage technical submittals, RFIs, and MEP shop drawing reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards (e.g., LEED), and health & safety regulations.
• Participate in project meetings, report progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support during construction and post-construction phases (testing, commissioning, handover).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
