🚨 Now Hiring: MEP Technical Engineer

Ambitek is strengthening our MEP delivery for villas and tower projects. We’re hiring a capable MEP Technical Engineer to support site execution, guide tradesmen and ensure our MEP works meet the highest standards.

About the Role

You’ll act as the technical backbone for all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities on-site. You’ll interpret drawings, resolve technical issues and support the workforce with clear instructions and hands-on guidance when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and explain engineering drawings and schematics for AC, ducting, electrical and plumbing systems.

• Support tradesmen by demonstrating work methods when needed.

• Review design documents, highlight discrepancies and raise RFIs.

• Ensure all installations follow project specs and authority standards (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, ASHRAE).

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

• Prepare technical reports, material take-offs, method statements and inspection requests.

• Monitor site progress and quality. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.

• Assist in testing, commissioning and handover documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years UAE experience in MEP site execution for villas & high-rise projects.

• Strong command of HVAC, electrical and plumbing technical drawings.

• Ability to guide tradesmen and enforce quality on-site.

• Solid understanding of UAE authority requirements.

• Strong problem-solving skills. Clear communication. Hands-on attitude.
