Job Vacancy: MEP Engineer (Interior Fit-Out & Joinery)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team, specializing in interior fit-out and joinery projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP works related to interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors
• Ability to independently manage projects, including site visits and coordination
• Experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination with design, production, and site teams
• Ability to handle multiple sites, monitor progress, and ensure quality and compliance
• Good understanding of local authority requirements, approvals, and standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise MEP works for interior fit-out and joinery projects
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress monitoring
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Identify and resolve site-related MEP issues independently
