MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities of an MEP Engineer:

Design and Planning:

Developing detailed plans and specifications for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.

Ensuring systems are energy-efficient, safe, and cost-effective.

Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.

Creating technical drawings and documentation.

Installation and Supervision:

Overseeing the installation of MEP systems by contractors.

Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Providing technical guidance and support to contractors and installers.

Inspecting and testing MEP systems to ensure proper functionality.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Developing maintenance plans for MEP systems.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with MEP systems.

Recommending upgrades and improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Other Duties:

Preparing cost estimates for MEP systems.

Managing project budgets and schedules.

Providing technical advice to clients and stakeholders.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
