MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all MEP site activities (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical works) for fit-out and construction projects in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, interior fit-out teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations and interface coordination.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards (DM, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense ).
• Review and verify shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals, including fit-out specific requirements.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Attend site and coordination meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities and fit-out approvals as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP site execution, including fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, and coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and authority requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or project management tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
