MEP Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive MEP Engineer to oversee on-site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This role involves cross-functional coordination, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects across Retail, Commercial, Warehouses, Data Centres, Offices, Logistics Parks, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate and execute MEP works for fit-out and turnkey projects, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to mitigate clashes and avoid delays.
• Prepare and review BOQs covering materials, quantities, cable lengths, devices, labour, taxes, and margins.
• Support procurement, billing activities, and vendor coordination (rate discussions, delivery, and quality checks).
• Monitor project progress, quality benchmarks, and safety compliance at site.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement effective on-site solutions.
• Maintain documentation including DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, test reports, trackers, and handover records.
• Act as client point-of-contact for site coordination and scope changes.
• Be willing to travel Pan-India based on project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in MEP project execution.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, site coordination, and project documentation.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
