Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare PQ documentation, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), shop drawings, and obtain all necessary technical approvals.
  • Develop comprehensive Method Statements aligned with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct detailed Risk Assessments to identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
  • Prepare and manage Dispatch Sheets to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
  • Issue Job Closing Confirmations upon completion of project activities and ensure all documentation is finalized.
  • Compile and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals as required by project handover procedures.
  • Produce accurate as‑Built Drawings reflecting final site conditions and approved modifications.
  • Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and wastage reduction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of production machinery, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
