Key Responsibilities
- Prepare PQ documentation, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), shop drawings, and obtain all necessary technical approvals.
- Develop comprehensive Method Statements aligned with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct detailed Risk Assessments to identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Prepare and manage Dispatch Sheets to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Issue Job Closing Confirmations upon completion of project activities and ensure all documentation is finalized.
- Compile and submit Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals as required by project handover procedures.
- Produce accurate as‑Built Drawings reflecting final site conditions and approved modifications.
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and wastage reduction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production machinery, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
