MEP Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with different teams to complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) at the site

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards

• Coordinate with civil team, contractors, and subcontractors

• Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager

• Inspect installations for quality and safety compliance

• Manage manpower, materials, and site tools

• Identify and resolve site issues quickly

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations

• Maintain proper documentation and site records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

• 5–10 years of experience in MEP works (construction or maintenance)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Experience in coordinating multiple trades on-site

Preferred

• Experience in residential and commercial projects

• Knowledge of authority approvals (DEWA, DM, etc. if Dubai-based)

• Driving license required.
