We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) with 5+ years of hands-on project experience to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP systems are designed and installed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals
• Identify and resolve design and installation conflicts
• Prepare cost estimates and project documentation
• Support commissioning and handover processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP project experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, lighting, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant design software
• Solid understanding of building codes and industry standards
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project managers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
• Experience in commercial, hospital, hotel, or high-rise projects
• Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable design practices
• Experience with BIM coordination
