Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across construction projects, ensuring smooth integration between all disciplines and maintaining compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction projects
• Strong background in building construction, MEP coordination, and site management
• Experience with MEP drawings, shop drawing reviews, and coordination with consultants and subcontractors
• Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority requirements
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on site
• Review and comment on MEP shop drawings, materials, and method statements
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely execution
• Resolve technical issues in coordination with engineers and site teams
• Attend project meetings and prepare coordination reports
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with civil teams to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth progress
