MEP engineer-Fitout projects

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team for fit-out and renovation projects across villas, apartments, and commercial spaces in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise MEP works for fit-out projects including:
• Villa renovations
• Apartment renovations
• Commercial fit-outs
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works at site
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Attend site meetings and prepare reports as required

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of UAE experience in fit-out or renovation projects
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• HVAC systems
• Plumbing systems
• Electrical works
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple site activities independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
