MEP Engineer – High-Rise Buildings

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in execution, contractor coordination, and quality control.

• Project Type: High-Rise Buildings
• Location: Naya Nazimabad (or Project Site)
• Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years of relevant MEP experience
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Review IPCs and Variation Orders related to MEP works.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations on site.
• Provide technical input to management on cost control and risk mitigation.
