MEP Engineer for a well-established Holiday Homes company in Downtown, Dubai

Requirements
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting experience
- Experience in hotel job, water heater replacement, ceiling, electrical, lighting, paint, plumbing, drainage, AC works, any wash room water leakage.
- UAE Experience as MEP Engineer
Responsibilities
- Keeps systems maintained and operational by performing routine maintenance on building equipment, HVAC, wiring and lighting; repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures; performing preventative maintenance services on all systems and equipment; and identifying and correcting defective or damaged systems, assisting with any other maintenance needs at the building as needed
- Performing routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms and building equipment, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, performing preventative maintenance services on systems and equipment, assisting with any other maintenance needs at the holiday homes rental as needed
- Responsible for ensuring that fire safety systems, such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting, are in compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Develop and enforce safety procedures for guests and staff to follow in case of emergencies.
- To undertake plumbing, painting, carpentry, air conditioning, and minor electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the rental holiday homes.
- Supervise and delegate work for maintenance technicians.
- Maintenance and Inventory Reports.
- Well versed in PPM and Maintenance Reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in MEP works
- Strong knowledge of MEP codes and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software
