MEP Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing)

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer (HVAC & Plumbing) to join our team in Dubai. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in site execution and design of HVAC and plumbing systems for villas, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site execution of HVAC and plumbing works.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Perform design calculations for HVAC load, duct sizing, and plumbing layouts.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Dubai Municipality standards.
• Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
• Support tendering, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Ensure project completion as per schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4–6 years’ UAE/GCC experience in HVAC and Plumbing (site & design).
• Strong knowledge of authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP/Carrier software, and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
