Job Title: MEP Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will oversee site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure all MEP works are completed as per approved drawings and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical works
• Review and execute MEP drawings as per approved plans
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare BOQs, material submittals, and technical documents
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

• 4–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiar with UAE authority approvals and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
