MEP Engineer (Plumbing)

Walk-in Interview

Time: 10:00 AM to 15:00 PM

Location: Sky Crest Building Contracting LLC, #706, 7th floor, The Regal Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Design and review plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects (drainage, water supply, stormwater, etc.)

Coordinate plumbing activities with other MEP disciplines and civil/architectural teams

Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation

Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and adherence to design and safety standards

Supervise and guide site plumbers and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and DEWA regulations and obtain necessary approvals

Troubleshoot design and installation issues and provide effective solutions

Attend technical meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 10 years of total experience, at least 3 years of experience in UAE in MEP engineering with a specialization in Plumbing, preferably in the UAE/GCC

Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and regulations in Dubai (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.)

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office

Familiar with site execution, testing & commissioning of plumbing systems

Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills

UAE Driving License is a plus

Available in UAE and ready for immediate joining preferred
