Job Summary

Plumbing Engineer/ Supervisor designs, installs, and maintains water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in MSB, ensuring efficiency and compliance with codes and regulations. Key responsibilities include creating detailed plumbing system designs, collaborating with architects and construction teams, conducting site inspections, resolving system issues, and managing materials, equipment, and budgets for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Creating detailed designs and plans for water, drainage, and sanitation systems in various types of MSB buildings.
• Collaboration: Working with architects, other engineers, and construction teams to integrate plumbing systems into broader project plans.
• Installation & Maintenance: Overseeing the installation of plumbing systems and performing regular inspections to ensure proper function and quality.
• Technical Support: Providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems that arise during installation or operation.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all designs and installations adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Material & Equipment Management: Selecting appropriate materials, managing equipment, and performing tests to ensure adherence to standards.
• Budget & Cost Estimation: Estimating project costs and maintaining budgets throughout the plumbing project lifecycle.
• Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Familiarity with Plumbing codes and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E. / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of plumbing project and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and standards.
• Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.
• Good coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
