MEP Engineer | UAE Construction Industry

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MEP ENGINEER - 2 Nos. to join our growing construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with approved specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise all on-site MEP installation works
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues related to MEP works
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5–7 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and site coordination
• Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
