MEP Engineer – High-Rise Project (SQ Mall)

SQ Mall is seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer for its high-rise development in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MEP systems and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure work execution as per approved drawings
• Develop complete MEP BOQs
• Supervise and coordinate Public Health (Plumbing & Fire Fighting), Electrical, and HVAC systems
• Manage the complete MEP scope independently and ensure quality compliance

Requirements

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong technical knowledge of all MEP systems
• Proven ability to handle MEP coordination and execution independently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD

Location: Lahore (local candidates preferred; no accommodation provided)

Salary

• Up to PKR 75,000 (commensurate with experience)
