Job Description – MEP Engineer (Yellow Card Holder)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at site
• Reviewing and understanding MEP designs, IFC drawings, and coordinating with steel and civil works
• Handling approvals and documentation as per UAE Civil Defense standards
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work progress as per schedule
• Monitoring installation of HVAC systems, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems, drainage and water supply systems
• Conducting site inspections, quality checks and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and coordinating with project managers
• Supporting technical submissions, RFI responses, and material approvals
• Ensuring safety and adherence to UAE regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Valid Dubai Municipality Yellow Card is mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in MEP contracting environment
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination with steel structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design basics & site management
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, NFPA standards & Civil Defense compliance
• Excellent communication & team coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License – preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
