Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimator with solid UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs to support competitive and profitable project bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
• Review and interpret mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to determine project costs
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams during the tender stage
• Analyze project budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Maintain organized records of estimates, pricing data, and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in an interior fit-out company
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and estimation methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred
