MEP Fit-Out Engineer

Quality Facility Management SP LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced MEP Fit-Out Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising MEP works for interior fit-out projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, firefighting, authority coordination, subcontractor follow-up, material coordination, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works at fit-out project sites.
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, project schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Follow up material submittals, shop drawings, MIR, IR, RFI, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with authority approval requirements including ADM, ADCD, ADDC/TAQA, and related departments.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend site meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in MEP / fit-out projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in commercial fit-out, retail, office, mall, or restaurant projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP drawings is required.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and manage site execution.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• UAE authority approval knowledge.
• Fit-out project coordination experience.
• BOQ and estimation support knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and capability.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
