MEP Foremam

Julfar Contracting is looking for a skilled and responsible MEP Foreman with strong experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate must be capable of supervising MEP works on-site and managing teams effectively to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the project site.
• Ensure installation, repair, and maintenance activities are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily activities, allocate tasks to workforce, and ensure productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct inspections and prepare daily progress updates for the site engineer/project manager.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Support successful completion of high-rise project milestones.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Experience in high-rise building construction.
• 3–5 years UAE experience as an MEP Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation standards, and site safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
